1.Get rest
  • Most of us will need somewhere between 6-9 hours of sleep to feel good during the day. . Make sure you turn off all electrics 30 minutes before going to bed or read a book to help you relax and unwind.



2.Don't take too much.
  • If productivity levels are low following the change of the clocks, don’t feel bad about saying no or asking for help.
3.Set up a workstation.
  • Working from home should not be working from your bed or couch.   For maximum productivity,  it is great if you set up a workstation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      4. Get a back internet.
  • Working from home means you will have to arrange your own internet. Usually, it is best practice not to rely on one internet source as it can go wrong. 

5. Plane flow .
  •  Plan your work before you start the day. Have a task list or target sheet in front of you. 


6. Repetitive routines. 
  • Create a morning routine just like your work day. Freshen up, change into work clothes, take a 5-minute walk.


7.Get dressed up for the day. 
  •  You will not think that you are not going to outside .You look beautiful is in your family your husband your child 🙂..you ready spend beautiful time in your family...you will ready you're mood is Soo good .Get and change your dress day by day and also change her look .Get beautiful mekup in your face you love in your self .💞

 8.Cooking for the family.

  • You cook very tasty 😋 and Yummy food in your family am sure they all are very happy and you are spending good time with each other. Your outside going craving is finally finished.👍😊
